**Job Title:** Process Development Associate **Role Summary:** Supports validation and optimization of high-throughput protein profiling workflows, ensuring reproducibility and scalability for proteomic discovery. Collaborates across automation, data, software, and operations teams to enhance platform performance. **Expectations:** Requires a systematic, hands-on engineer-scientist hybrid with cross-functional teamwork, problem-solving agility, and adaptability in rapid-scale biotech environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute and document experiments to validate new workflows/protocols and ensure consistency across platforms. - Investigate workflow failures via root cause analysis, design troubleshooting experiments, and implement process improvements. - Maintain lab operations by managing reagents, instruments, and consumables while upholding LIMS and digital documentation standards. - Facilitate protocol deployment in production via pilot testing, documentation updates, and training for operational teams. **Required Skills:** - Molecular biology techniques (ELISA, flow cytometry, PCR, cell culture); bio-conjugation/purification methods; data generation and analysis. - SOP adherence, clear technical writing, and communication for cross-departmental collaboration. - Independent laboratory execution alongside collaborative project management in high-throughput settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's/Master’s in bioengineering, biology, or related field; 1–3 years hands-on lab experience (academic or industry). - Validated expertise in quantitative analytical techniques and workflow optimization under ISO/GMP standards.
