**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure & Digital Platforms
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale IT programs across hybrid cloud, datacenter, and digital platform environments. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment between business and engineering stakeholders and driving successful launch and stabilization phases.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years of managing large‑scale IT infrastructure and operations programs.
- Proven track record delivering projects in Azure/AWS, ServiceNow, ERP, web/app integrations, networking, and M365 modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies pragmatically.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, create detailed plans, and maintain RAID logs.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for digital platform enhancements (ERP, web hosting, SDLC) and infrastructure migrations (cloud‑to‑datacenter, hybrid integrations, network upgrades, M365).
- Drive IT operations process improvements and enterprise tool rollouts (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB).
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to executives.
- Escalate issues strategically to maintain momentum and stakeholder confidence.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent) with expertise in program governance.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) and network modernization.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB configuration and ERP integration.
- Proficiency in planning and tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or similar project management certification preferred.
