**Job Title:** Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Develops and supports long‑range corporate strategy for a healthcare company by analyzing market trends, building financial and strategic models, conducting market research, and advising leadership. Drives data‑based decision making across functions to optimize performance, manage risk, and evaluate growth opportunities such as new products, expansions, and M&A.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality strategic analyses and presentations for senior leaders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrix environment to align resources with strategic goals.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail while managing multiple ad‑hoc projects.
- Communicate findings clearly to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Travel up to 10 % (including occasional overnight/weekend trips) and work flexible hours as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support executive and strategy teams in critical strategic decisions.
- Build, maintain, and update models for long‑range planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to prioritize corporate initiatives (new products, expansions, M&A).
- Evaluate market opportunities: clinical need, reimbursement outlook, market size, product capabilities.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc strategy projects, coordinating with external consultants and internal cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze early commercialization strategies for new product launches.
- Promote a collaborative, consensus‑building culture across functions.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling abilities (financial, market, forecasting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling presentations.
- Business intuition and strong commercial acumen in healthcare/biotech.
- Proven teamwork and stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, statistical software; familiarity with BI tools a plus).
- Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to work simultaneously on computer and phone; high typing proficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a core business function (e.g., operations, finance, HR, legal).
- At least 1 year experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, business development, analytics, strategic marketing, or commercial strategy.
- No specific certifications required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (MBA, CFA, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
