Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Leverages big‑data analytics to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders, conducting recurring and ad‑hoc analyses and delivering clear visualizations that simplify complex data challenges. **Expectations:** - Translate business problems into data‑driven inquiries. - Produce accurate, timely analyses that support decision‑making. - Communicate findings effectively through visual reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and understand day‑to‑day business issues amenable to data analysis. - Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources. - Perform recurring and ad‑hoc analytical queries using SQL. - Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that present insights clearly. - Document analytical methodology and present results to business users. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to create clear, compelling data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). - Effective communication skills for translating technical results to non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience. - 1–2 years of hands‑on data analysis experience.
