Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead – Cyber GTM (Go-To-Market) Role Summary: Lead and coach a small team of senior recruiters to execute retained and exclusive executive searches for cybersecurity Go‑to‑Market roles, building and managing client relationships while driving individual and team billing performance. Expactations: • Deliver high‑quality placements for senior sales, marketing, and commercial leadership positions in cybersecurity. • Meet or exceed individual and team billing targets and maintain a high success rate on searches. • Foster a collaborative, high‑trust environment, mentoring consultants and promoting best practices. • Expand the practice through new client acquisition and strategic partnership development. Key Responsibilities: • Coach and manage a team of 3 consultants, providing guidance and performance feedback. • Own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for GTM executive roles, ensuring timely, accurate, and client‑centric delivery. • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with cybersecurity vendors, scale‑ups, and platform providers. • Partner with research and sourcing teams to design candidate pipelines and maintain market intelligence. • Track and report billing metrics, manage overrides and commission structures, and support business development initiatives. Required Skills: • Proven experience leading or managing recruitment teams in cybersecurity or related technology sectors. • Strong track record of successful 360 searches and solid billing history in GTM roles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. • Strategic mindset with commercial instincts, low‑ego leadership style, and ability to work independently. • Proficiency in recruitment software, CRM systems, and data‑driven performance tracking. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. • Relevant certifications such as CIPD, Certified Recruiter (CR), or equivalent are preferred. • Minimum of 5 years in executive search or senior talent acquisition, with a focus on cybersecurity and GTM functions.
