**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Internship (F/H) **Role Summary** Act as the initial point of contact for qualified prospects, generating a steady flow of meetings for Account Executives. Operate under an SDR Team Lead, leveraging multi‑channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to identify, qualify, and hand over high‑potential opportunities. **Expectations** * Secure an internship placement while pursuing studies in business, marketing, or related fields. * Demonstrate strong prospecting skills, resilience, and a results‑centric mindset. * Deliver measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline health. * Potential for full‑time employment upon successful internship completion. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Source and prioritize target accounts using active research and industry data. 2. Initiate outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage decision‑makers (e.g., HR leaders). 3. Qualify prospects by uncovering business needs and readiness for sales engagement. 4. Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handover to the closing sales team. 5. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM and report activity metrics. 6.
