Job title: Solutions Architect – AI & HPC Infrastructure
Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of sovereign, modular AI/HPC data center infrastructure. Design, supervise construction, commissioning, and hand‑over while ensuring performance, security, budget, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary technical liaison between client, partners, and internal teams.
Expectations:
- Deliver fully functional, compliant AI/HPC sites on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication and technical alignment across all project phases.
- Champion energy‑efficient, sustainable solutions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design target technical architecture incorporating client size, density, cooling (air/liquid), resilience, and best industry practices.
- Coordinate hand‑over with design teams to validate energy, cooling, and security plans.
- Oversee detailed design of electrical, HVAC, cabling, and security scopes; liaise with MEP and EPC studios.
- Direct construction and fit‑out, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Manage integration and installation of critical systems: power, cooling, high‑bandwidth networks, and storage.
- Lead full commissioning (L1–L5): FAT, SAT, load, and resilience testing to final acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ISO/EN standards.
- Transfer operations with procedures, documentation, and tools for reliable, secure running.
- Promote innovation and sustainability through energy‑efficiency and heat‑reuse strategies.
- Act as the key technical contact for clients and partners, providing clear communication and decision support.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience (5–10 years) in data center, HPC, or critical infrastructure construction.
- Strong technical leadership and on‑site project management.
- Deep knowledge of electrical, MEP, HVAC, cabling, cooling technologies, and commissioning processes.
- Ability to interpret and enforce regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Electrical, Energy, or MEP.
- Commissioning certifications (e.g., Uptime, IST) are an advantage.
