Job Description
Job title: Business Analyst, Retail Role Summary: Drive digital transformation for a retail division by analyzing business needs, designing process improvements, and leading the implementation of technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Create and maintain business process models using BPMN. - Develop use cases and test cases for solution delivery. - Collaborate with IT architecture, security, networking, and end‑user computing teams. - Assess and recommend AI opportunities to streamline processes. - Ensure secure integration of internal and external systems. - Facilitate solution testing and validate business outcomes. - Support modernization of operations via Microsoft technologies (M365, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps). Required Skills: - Business analysis and requirements elicitation. - Process modeling (BPMN) and use‑case development. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps. - Experience with system integration and data analytics tools. - Project collaboration across cross‑functional IT and business teams. - Understanding of risk tolerance and business data analysis. - Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma principles preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - University degree in a related discipline (business, IT, engineering, etc.). - Minimum 3 years of business‑oriented experience, preferably within an IT environment. - Certifications (beneficial): ECBA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft MPOS, M365, Visio, Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Planning & Optimization, Supply Chain Management.
