Job Description
**Job Title** Design Co‑op **Role Summary** Co‑op student supports design leads and project architects across all project phases—concept, design development, and construction documentation. Works independently under senior guidance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. **Expectations** - Produce accurate design and construction drawings. - Create diagrams, renderings, and virtual walkthroughs. - Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. - Attend site visits and internal/external meetings. - Participate in office culture and design events. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft and revise architectural drawings in AutoCAD/Revit. - Model and render using Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, V‑Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Generate visual stories (diagrams, walkthroughs) for stakeholders. - Liaise with MEP and structural teams to ensure integrated design solutions. - Schedule and document site inspections and design reviews. - Maintain organized project files and documentation. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Skilled in Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, V‑Ray for modeling and rendering. - Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and documentation. - Strong visual storytelling and graphic communication abilities. - Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and time‑management. - Clear verbal and written communication skills. - Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Architecture, Design, or a related field. - No specific certifications required beyond software proficiency.
