**Job title:** Commercial Sedentaire **Role Summary:** Responsible for developing and managing an assigned portfolio by implementing strategic commercial actions, driving sales to achieve revenue targets, and collaborating cross-functionally with partners and internal teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver quarterly revenue goals and quarterly commission targets. - Automate and execute outbound calls, client follow‑ups, and proposal development with self‑direction. - Maintain high quality of client interactions, including transmitting accurate data to SAP, Excel, and Salesforce systems. - Participate in occasional travel (2–4 trips annually). **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned portfolio following business‑review actions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, close deals, and increase portfolio revenue. - Gather market intelligence, analyse quantitative data, and prepare the most relevant commercial proposals after client discovery. - Organize and schedule outbound calls, e‑mail follow‑ups, and client outreach autonomously. - Coordinate with manufacturing partners on project‑based solutions to meet client needs. - Manage client requests in partnership with cross‑functional internal teams. **Required Skills:** - Superior telephone and written communication, including professional drafting. - Strong negotiation and sales closing capabilities. - Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Excel. - Self‑organized, proactive, and able to work independently within a hybrid/remote environment. - Ability to analyse data, translate findings into actionable commercial plans, and adapt to a fast‑changing B2B marketplace. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline. - Sales or customer‑relationship training is desirable; certifications in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
