Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain client‑facing software solutions for a fast‑growing health‑logistics startup. Contribute to architecture design, implement custom client requests, and create tooling to streamline deployment and management of products, primarily the Picking Pilot solution. Collaborate closely with a project manager and interface with clients in an agile, collaborative environment. **Expectations:** - Work autonomously and structurally within an agile team. - Deliver high‑quality code while meeting client‑driven functional and technical requirements. - Communicate effectively in French (internal) and English (technical). - Participate in continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and feedback cycles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Improve, maintain, and refactor existing software applications. - Contribute to product architecture and technical design decisions. - Implement client‑specific connectors and features. - Develop internal tools for solution management and deployment. - Propose functional and technical enhancements based on user feedback. - Collaborate with the project manager to align development with functional specifications and client expectations. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python (Flask, Odoo) and/or C++ (ESP‑IDF). - Experience with Docker, Git, and LVGL. - Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile startup environment. - Good communication skills; fluency in French (internal) and English (technical). - Passion for user experience, innovation, and continuous learning. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Demonstrated experience with Python and/or C++ development.
