Job Description

**Job Title:** IT System and Security Administrator (M/F) **Role Summary:** Responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting client system infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft environments and WatchGuard security solutions. Ensures secure, reliable, and compliant IT services while automating processes and handling multiple projects autonomously. **Expectations:** - Work independently and prioritize several projects simultaneously. - Provide high‑level client service and maintain strong communication. - Continuously update technical knowledge on Microsoft and WatchGuard technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune). - Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, identity and access controls, security/compliance policies, and PowerShell automation. - Design, implement, and maintain WatchGuard firewalls, MFA solutions, VPNs, network segmentation, and web filtering. - Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware). - Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam or equivalent tools. - Document procedures, create reports, and provide technical support to end‑users and clients. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystems (M365, Azure, Windows Server). - Strong knowledge of WatchGuard firewall configuration and security features. - Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation. - Experience with virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware) and backup solutions (Veeam). - Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPN, segmentation, web filtering). - Excellent problem‑solving, client‑facing, and project‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / IT. - Minimum 10 years of experience in system administration and IT security. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, WatchGuard Certified Professional) are preferred but not mandatory.
