**Job Title**
IT Project Manager – 12 Months FTC
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT and business change projects within an energy services organization. Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and benefits, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and successful transition to BAU operations. Provide technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to senior management.
**Expectations**
- Own project delivery and governance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines.
- Deliver measurable benefits and support business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate change readiness, communication, and post‑deployment support to users.
- Represent new capabilities and advocate for user adoption across functional areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Plan, execute, and close projects, maintaining documented plans, budgets, and risk registers.
2. Conduct resource and capacity planning, coordinating with technical, business, and Vendor teams.
3. Deliver technical leadership on solution architecture, data management, and integration within enterprise systems.
4. Develop and present business cases, benefits realization plans, and post‑implementation reviews.
5. Engage stakeholders at all levels, securing buy‑in and managing expectations through transparent communication.
6. Prepare and present progress, financial, and risk reports to the Head of Change and senior executives.
7. Govern projects against internal processes, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
8. Define post‑go‑live support mechanisms and facilitate transfer to operations teams.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in managing IT and change projects (Waterfall, Agile).
- Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and data management ecosystems.
- Expertise in business intelligence / management information platforms and reporting.
- Practical experience delivering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 portal solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and senior‑level communication skills.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of application and enterprise architecture principles.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Agile PM).
- Additional certifications in BI/MI, SharePoint, or enterprise architecture are advantageous.
