Job Description
Job title: Business Developer Role Summary Identify, qualify, and advance new B2G prospects in France and internationally. Manage opportunity pipeline, collaborate with Sales Managers, support cross‑functional initiatives, conduct market and competitive intelligence, and represent the company at mobility sector events. Operate using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Expectations - Intermediate to senior level experience in B2G business development. - Proven ability to operate in multiple markets and languages; international experience required. - Strong understanding of public procurement processes. - Familiarity with SaaS solutions and mobility sector is desirable. - C1 level English; C1 Spanish is a plus. Key Responsibilities - Identify potential B2G clients and generate new business opportunities. - Initiate contact with prospects, qualify leads, and advance opportunities to maturity. - Transfer qualified opportunities to Sales Managers/ Specialists. - Utilize market data (contract pipelines, tender platforms, press, social media) to inform prospecting. - Attend and represent the company at mobility events, trade shows, and conferences. - Conduct in‑depth competitive analysis to maintain comprehensive market awareness. - Share insights and best practices with the Business Development team and broader organization. - Contribute to cross‑functional projects and the development of team processes. Required Skills - Methodical planning and execution of action plans. - Effective cold‑calling and pitch delivery tailored to prospects’ needs. - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and general office software. - Strong organization for managing appointments and back‑office tasks. - Excellent communication, persuasion, active listening, and resilience. - Ability to collaborate, adapt, and solve problems independently. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Professional certifications in sales or business development are a plus. ---
