Job Title: Director, Brand Marketing Europe Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of brand‑centric marketing strategies across the UK and broader European markets, aligning local campaigns with global objectives to increase awareness, acquisition, and retention for a lifestyle apparel brand. Expactations: Deliver measurable ROI from integrated 360° campaigns; forge cross‑functional alignment between global and local teams; stay ahead of cultural and trend shifts; maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints; scale customer base while deepening existing relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and communicate brand positioning and seasonal guides for UK and EU markets. - Curate and approve all written and visual assets to ensure alignment with brand ethos. - Design and manage multi‑channel (digital, OOH, retail, influencer, PR) campaigns with clear KPI tracking. - Collaborate with product, media, merchandiser, retail, e‑commerce, and community teams to synchronize activation plans. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine tactics. - Lead local brand ambassador and influencer programs to boost advocacy and reach. - Report campaign performance, adjust strategies, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Required Skills: Strategic thinking, proficiency in PR, OOH, social media, influencer, and digital ecosystems; strong brand storytelling; data‑driven decision making; cross‑functional collaboration; project management; trend awareness; effective communication; ability to influence at global level. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, preferably in consumer apparel or similar B2C environment.
