Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive (Supplemental, Acceleration & Assessment) – Mountain **Role Summary:** Field sales professional responsible for driving revenue of supplemental, acceleration, and assessment solutions across the Mountain region (Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming). Develops and executes strategic market plans, builds a robust pipeline, and manages relationships with schools and districts of all sizes, with a focus on strategic accounts. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Deliver on a strategic sales and marketing plan, meeting weekly/monthly objectives. - Respond promptly to RFPs, inquiries, and customer needs. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Travel extensively within the territory as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales market plans to reach targets. - Build and nurture a pipeline of prospects and existing accounts. - Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow‑up communications. - Collaborate with Account General Managers, Specialists, and Services Partners to optimize product adoption. - Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting. - Provide customer support, resolve complaints, and enhance retention. - Travel across the Mountain region to meet clients and attend events. **Required Skills:** - Strategic sales mindset with proven goal‑orientation. - Deep understanding of supplemental, acceleration, and assessment markets and competitors. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal & written). - Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer‑service orientation. - Proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing conditions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent experience. - Advanced degree in Education, Technology, or a postgraduate qualification preferred. - Minimum 3 years of sales experience or K‑12 teaching experience with ELL/Intervention focus. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, teaching credentials) are a plus.
