**Job Title:** IT Manager
**Role Summary:**
Strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, scalable IT infrastructure that aligns with business objectives. Drives digital transformation, integrates systems, promotes data‑driven decision‑making, and oversees vendor and team performance in a medium‑sized, fast‑growing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and maintain a modern, secure, and scalable IT architecture (cloud, on‑premise, third‑party integrations).
- Standardize IT practices, documentation, and governance to support growth.
- Develop and implement an integrated IT ecosystem linking core and external systems.
- Establish data governance policies, ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance.
- Promote AI/ML and automation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships: strategy, selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Align IT strategy with overall business goals; provide strategic guidance to leadership.
- Supervise a small IT team, mentor staff, and cultivate a knowledge‑sharing culture.
- Provide hands‑on support and training to end‑users as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- IT architecture and systems integration expertise.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise environments.
- Strong understanding of data management, analytics platforms, and AI/ML concepts.
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Project management, vendor management, and contract negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic SME setting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an SME or fast‑growing organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
