Job title: Operations Officer
Role Summary:
Coordinate and optimize operational processes, ensuring accurate data management, efficient IT system performance, and seamless administrative support across the organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to uphold operational excellence and facilitate strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enrich Zoho CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Design, refine, and monitor CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide end‑user support for IT tools (Office 365, Dropbox/OneDrive, Teams, NemoVote, etc.).
- Lead or assist transitions between platforms and tool integrations.
- Organize weekly team meetings: agendas, minutes, follow‑ups.
- Support HR functions: recruiting assistance, onboarding, internal communications.
- Manage travel arrangements, budget tracking, and general administrative tasks.
- Oversee website content updates and corporate correspondence.
- Coordinate procurement of office services.
- Process invoices, payments, and related financial recordings.
- Deliver training on CRM, IT systems, and data‑management best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or CRM management (Zoho preferred).
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365, cloud storage (Dropbox/OneDrive), and collaboration platforms (Teams).
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and tool migration.
- Commitment to data security, compliance, and process optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- CRM certification (Zoho or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
