Job Description
**Job Title:** Manager, Integrations Engineering **Role Summary:** Lead the integrations function within the technology organization, overseeing the migration and maintenance of custom integrations to an IPaaS platform (e.g., Workato). Drive end‑to‑end integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap to connect CRM, financial, insurance, HRIS, and other enterprise systems. **Expectations:** Deliver measurable integration value through scalable, observability‑enabled solutions. Build, mentor, and expand a high‑performing integration engineering team. Influence product and technology strategy to enable rapid, incremental business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess dependencies, risks, and prioritize integration needs. - Design and implement the transition of custom integrations to IPaaS, including technical design, testing, documentation, observability, and monitoring plans. - Define enterprise platform strategy, research, and design integration solutions across multiple systems (Salesforce, Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.). - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration releases. - Establish standards, processes, and best practices for integration projects. - Champion Agile methodology, delivering small, incremental improvements with immediate business value. - Manage performance, coaching, and career development for the integration engineering team. - Collaborate with technology leadership to set policies, metrics, and KPIs driving efficiency and quality. - Identify integration gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve organizational agility. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years software integration experience (IPaaS or custom). - 3+ years with IPaaS solutions (e.g., Workato). - 2+ years programming (TypeScript, C#, etc.) and cloud environments. - 2+ years people‑leadership with coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Strong understanding of software observability, testing, and CI/CD. - Experience with Scrum or Agile frameworks. - Product‑led organizational experience. - Proficient interfacing with Salesforce, Intacct / NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Certifications in IPaaS (e.g., Workato), Salesforce, or integration architecture are a plus.
