**Job Title:** Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead IT project initiatives in the care home software sector, managing product launches and cross-functional coordination to deliver technology solutions aligned with healthcare industry needs. **Expectations:** - Master’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent. - 2–6 years of project management experience in healthcare, IT, or related sectors. - Background in managing product launches, software development, or stakeholder collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute product launch plans for care home software. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, development) to ensure launch readiness. - Design and deploy communication strategies across platforms for consistent messaging. - Create marketing materials, documentation, and training assets for product releases. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs post-launch. - Report directly to senior leadership on project progress and outcomes. **Required Skills:** - Strong stakeholder communication and organizational capabilities. - Cross-functional team leadership and project coordination. - Proficiency in budgeting, timeline management, and detail-oriented execution. - Familiarity with AWS or cloud technologies preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage software product cycles in healthcare or IT. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, healthcare, or equivalent. - Preferred PMP, CAPM, CSM, ACP, or PRINCE2 certifications (non-essential but advantageous).
