**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Test Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for End User Compute (EUC) solutions, ensuring delivery of secure, reliable, and high‑quality desktop, mobile, VDI, and collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for EUC projects, aligning with IT, security, and governance standards.
- Manage cross‑functional testing teams (onshore/offshore); mentored junior engineers.
- Deliver clear, data‑driven reports to senior stakeholders and maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, and change management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and maintain test strategy, plans, schedules, and resource models for EUC initiatives.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing across Windows 10/11, M365, VDI, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
- Manage test environments, test data, automation frameworks, and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
- Lead defect management activities: triage, resolution coordination, and retesting.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, automation, and quality metrics.
- Report test progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and maintain documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven Test Manager experience in large‑scale IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of EUC technologies: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, VDI platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with test management and workflow tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
- Expertise in test automation and scripting for EUC contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership.
- Experience managing offshore/onshore testing teams.
- Current, valid SC clearance (transferable to employer).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL change management and governance.
