Job Title: Sales Associate Role Summary: Drive acquisition of summer camp applicants by delivering high‑quality customer service, managing leads across multi‑channel platforms, and converting inquiries into bookings. Collaborate with marketing to craft promotions, maintain CRM data, and support company events. Expectations: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets; maintain professional brand representation; adapt to rapid environment changes; travel nationally for fairs and conferences as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service on phone, email, messaging, and social channels. • Contact prospects, explain program details, influence booking decisions. • Track, analyze, and report sales metrics; identify improvement opportunities. • Develop lead‑generation strategies and collaborate with marketing on campaigns. • Log interactions accurately in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). • Process payments, explain payment plans, handle cancellations. • Attend external events to promote programs and support internal/external events. • Respond to booking queries via email and phone. • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. • Undertake backup duties across operations when required. Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive influence. • Proven sales experience (≥2 years) in fast‑paced environments, meeting/exceeding targets. • Customer‑centric mindset with strong rapport‑building. • Methodical and organized; manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Adaptable, creative, entrepreneurial; initiative‑driven. • Team player with collaborative orientation. • Detail‑oriented record‑keeping. • IT proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, basic database functions. • Professional appearance and representation.
