**Job Title** Revenue Operations Insights Analyst **Role Summary** Analysis-driven professional responsible for delivering data‑centric insights across the entire Go‑To‑Market (GTM) funnel—Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to accelerate revenue growth, drive performance optimization, and inform strategic initiatives. Works closely with GTM leaders, Finance, and Systems teams to build dashboards, maintain data quality, and support forecasting, targeting, and incentive design. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end analytics for GTM performance, ensuring accurate, timely reporting for senior leadership. - Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence forecasting, planning, and operational decisions. - Maintain high data integrity and governance across multiple CRM and analytics platforms. - Champion a data‑driven culture by providing clear, concise reports and actionable recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, maintain, and evolve comprehensive dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, churn, and expansion. - Analyze bookings, pipeline, and revenue trends to surface performance drivers and support forecasting and target setting. - Collaborate with Finance to set revenue, expansion, and retention targets by region, segment, and product. - Liaise with Revenue Systems and Process teams to enhance data hygiene, integrity, and automation of reporting workflows. - Create and prioritize target account lists for new markets and verticals using firmographic, technographic, and intent data; operationalize lists in Salesforce and coordinate channel execution. - Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc executive reports for Leadership, Executive, and Board reviews. - Support incentive design, including quota planning and commission calculations, ensuring transparency and accuracy. - Evaluate funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and deal cycle metrics to uncover process optimization opportunities. - Promote data literacy across GTM teams by translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Advanced SQL knowledge and ability to query large datasets. - Strong analytical mindset with experience building statistical models and forecasting. - Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and revenue operations tools (e.g., revenue recognition, incentive management). - Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical insights into clear, concise business narratives. - Project management skills for coordinating cross‑functional initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or GTM analytics. - Advanced degree or analytics certification (e.g., MS in Analytics, Data Science, CPA, or similar) considered an asset.

Expectations: • Full‑time, hybrid work model – in‑office 3 days per week. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders to align GTM processes with business objectives. • Maintain ownership of GTM system usage, data hygiene, and reporting to ensure scalable, secure operations. • Drive iterative improvements through AI‑enabled automation and best‑practice governance. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Design & Business Analysis • Map existing and future‑state revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support. • Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and automation opportunities; recommend best‑practice solutions. • Prioritize enhancement requests based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder urgency. • Partner with leadership to optimize rep workflows and surface actionable insights. 2. GTM Tech Stack Administration & Optimization • Administer core systems: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, Loopio, and related tools. • Monitor system usage, data hygiene, and permission structures. • Produce regular hygiene and adoption reports for revenue leaders and Enablement teams. • Evaluate and recommend product updates, extensions, and new capabilities. 3. Data Governance & Reporting • Establish and enforce data quality, governance, and workflow standards across the revenue engine. • Develop dashboards, key‑metric reports, and insights to support GTM strategy. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Serve as a liaison between GTM teams, IT, and RevOps leadership to ensure alignment and clarity. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across departments. Required Skills • Process mapping and business analysis expertise. • Proficiency administering Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, Loopio (or comparable tools). • Strong data hygiene, governance, and reporting proficiency. • Ability to design and implement automation solutions, ideally with AI/ML insights. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. • Project prioritization and change‑management aptitude.
