Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales & Marketing Assistant **Role Summary:** Support the planning and execution of multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns, generate leads, and assist commercial activities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Provide administrative and client‑facing support to ensure smooth delivery of products and services while gaining hands‑on experience in both marketing and sales functions. **Expectations:** - 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar B2B role. - Proactive, collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Ambition to develop skills in both marketing and sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and executing digital, social, and offline marketing campaigns. - Create content for website, LinkedIn, email platforms (Mailchimp/Active Campaign), blogs, case studies, PR, and branding materials. - Support organization of in‑person and virtual events in NI and ROI. - Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. - Prepare customer quotes, process orders, and maintain sales documentation. - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure delivery quality. - Provide general administrative support (event coordination, deliveries, office inquiries). **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or Active Campaign). - Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with phone calls and meetings. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Detail‑oriented with a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Marketing or related qualification (e.g., diploma, certificate, or degree) preferred but not mandatory. - No specific certifications required; relevant experience is primary.
