**Job Title:** PAM Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, deploy, and maintain privileged access management (PAM) solutions to safeguard enterprise credentials, enforce least‑privilege policies, and support secure access across on‑prem and cloud environments.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing management of PAM tools.
* Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
* Provide reliable support, incident response, and continuous improvement of access controls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and administer PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
- Enforce least‑privilege and secure credential management policies.
- Monitor, audit, and report privileged access activities.
- Integrate PAM with SIEM, IAM, and security systems.
- Create and maintain PAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, privilege audits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams for seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot PAM‑related issues and provide tier‑2 support.
- Stay updated on industry threats, trends, and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in PAM engineering or related cybersecurity roles.
- Proficiency with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication protocols.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications: CyberArk Defender, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices is advantageous.
