**Job Title:** Junior Sales Associate **Role Summary:** Support outbound sales and business development for B2B consulting services and SaaS products. Generate and qualify leads, conduct high‑volume outreach, prepare sales collateral, and maintain pipeline visibility while collaborating closely with the VP, Consulting to drive revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Execute 20‑30 hours/week of prospecting, cold calling, and email/LinkedIn outreach. - Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline. - Deliver clear, client‑focused pitches and follow‑up communications. - Accurately log activities in the CRM and qualify opportunities for handoff. - Meet performance targets that may lead to full‑time employment after the 6‑month contract. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Prospecting & Lead Generation** – Research target accounts, use CRM and online databases, and conduct high‑volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. 2. **Market Research** – Gather competitive and industry insights to personalize outreach and pitch content. 3. **Sales Collateral Support** – Assist in creating decks, demos, and proposals; ensure materials align with marketing initiatives. 4. **Pitching & Engagement** – Deliver compelling presentations of consulting services and SaaS solutions; address initial inquiries and route complex questions appropriately. 5. **Lead Follow‑Up** – Perform timely follow‑ups, schedule next steps, and re‑engage dormant leads. 6. **Pipeline Management** – Log all interactions in the CRM, track follow‑ups, and qualify leads against defined criteria for advancement. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with high‑volume cold calling. - Effective presentation and storytelling abilities. - Active listening to identify client needs and pain points. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. - Ability to conduct market research and adapt outreach strategies. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field *or* equivalent work experience. - No specific certifications required; experience with CRM and sales tools is essential.
