Job Title: SEA Consultant (Search Engine Advertising) Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end SEA strategy and campaign execution for a diversified client portfolio, delivering measurable performance gains through optimisation, data-driven insights, and proactive client engagement. Expactations: • Manage an autonomous client portfolio and meet agreed KPI targets. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with social ads, data, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive media execution. • Deliver regular performance reviews, actionable recommendations, and maintain high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, optimise, and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube). - Set and adjust bidding strategies, keyword/product targeting, and budget allocations. - Create and maintain Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) dashboards for client reporting. - Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse data, and implement tactical adjustments. - Provide strategic consulting on media planning and digital growth initiatives. - Coordinate with internal experts to align messaging, creative, and measurement across channels. - Share best practices and contribute to knowledge‑base building within the SEA team. Required Skills: - 2+ years managing Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and familiarity with Microsoft Ads. - Strong analytical mindset; adept at interpreting data and translating insights into optimisation actions. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex reports for clients. - Client‑centric service orientation with proven relationship‑building capability. - Proficient in spreadsheet tools and data‑visualisation dashboards. - Fluent in English (additional foreign language a plus). - Collaborative attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities. - Knowledge of e‑commerce funnels and commerce metrics (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Google Ads Certification (preferred). - Microsoft Advertising Certification (preferred).
