Job Description

**Job Title** Software Engineer – OTC Trading Systems **Role Summary** Develop, maintain, and enhance high‑performance OTC trading platforms, client portals, and API services for spot, options, and structured product workflows. Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineering leads to deliver secure, scalable solutions within a fast‑paced digital‑asset environment. **Expectations** - 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with C#. - Solid understanding of trading technology, RFQ/OTC workflows, and API design (REST, WebSocket, FIX 4.4). - Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Familiarity with cloud (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) is desired. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain C#‑based OTC trading systems. - Build and extend API services (REST, WebSocket, FIX) for internal and client use. - Integrate pricing models, market data feeds, and downstream risk systems. - Contribute to client and admin portal development (React front‑end). - Participate in code reviews, regression testing, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, ArgoCD). - Resolve production incidents promptly to minimize trading disruption. - Support infrastructure provisioning and troubleshooting on AWS. **Required Skills** - C# development (core language). - Experience with trading platforms or financial market systems (OTC/RFQ preferred). - API development (REST, WebSocket, FIX 4.4). - Problem‑solving, design, debugging, and performance optimization. - Version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts. - Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or DynamoDB. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required.
