**Job Title**
Director – Industrial Infrastructure & IT Program (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end program for infrastructure and digitalization of a new MRO facility, ensuring availability, performance, and alignment of IT/OT systems within 18 months.
**Expectations**
- Deliver the program on scope, schedule, budget, and risk criteria.
- Align digital, industrial, and operational components to maintain continuity and modernize application ecosystems.
- Communicate progress and risks to executive stakeholders.
- Maintain regulatory and security compliance across IT and OT environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and run program governance: steering committees, milestones, reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (40–50 internal and partner staff) across IT, OT, cybersecurity, urban planning, and digital domains.
- Oversee technical architecture and security studies; validate architecture coherence.
- Ensure seamless integration of critical business applications, managing legacy transition.
- Serve as primary liaison with business units and enterprise IT (DSI).
- Maintain clear, concise reporting to program leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Program/project management of complex, cross‑functional initiatives (planning, budgeting, risk control).
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage), IT‑Industrial / IoT, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with Digital Factory environments and IT/OT interoperability.
- Strong leadership, arbitration, and communication abilities; capacity to unify multi‑domain teams.
- Fluency in professional English.
- Bonus: experience in industrial or aerospace sectors.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional program/project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Certifications in IT infrastructure (Cisco, CompTIA), cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM), or IoT engineering are advantageous.
