Job Description
**Job Title:** Advisory Director (Cyber Security) **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex cybersecurity advisory engagements, acting as primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and profitability while driving business growth and mentoring senior staff. **Expectations:** - Manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, budget, resources). - Deliver high‑impact cyber programs across IT/OT landscapes. - Actively pursue new business through proposals, solutions, and contracts. - Shape client offerings and contribute to brand development. - Mentor and develop Senior Managers and consulting assets. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Delivery & Leadership** – Plan, execute, and close advisory projects; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality. 2. **Client Engagement** – Serve as primary contact; build long‑term client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and business retention. 3. **Business Development** – Draft proposals, solutions, and contracts; expand existing accounts; identify and pitch new opportunities. 4. **Practice Development** – Create consulting frameworks, accelerators, and deliverables; mentor senior team members; foster a high‑performance culture. 5. **Thought Leadership** – Contribute to industry publications, events, and internal knowledge bases; keep team current on emerging threats and solutions. **Required Skills:** - 15+ years in management or technology consulting, with 8+ years in direct advisory delivery. - Deep expertise in Cyber Strategy, Risk Quantification, Zero Trust, or equivalent. - Proven track record leading large, multi‑disciplinary cyber engagements. - Strong business development and proposal writing abilities. - Leadership, coaching, and people development proficiency. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills. - Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and deliver results. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, GRC, CISA, or similar) strongly preferred.
