**Job Title:** Director, Client Solutions **Role Summary:** Lead a team driving customer value through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and strategic account management in a SaaS environment. Oversee customer health, retention metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to align product-market strategy. **Expectations:** - Minimum 6+ years in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or equivalent. - Proven leadership experience managing teams, upskilling, and scaling customer-facing operations. - Expertise in analytical problem-solving and translating customer needs into strategic objectives. - Strong cross-functional partnership with product, marketing, and sales teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set strategic vision for client solutions team to maximize product adoption, gross/net retention, and customer satisfaction. - Manage 7+ Customer Success & Engagement Managers across North America, ensuring team capability to deliver measurable business value. - Own retention KPIs (gross/net retention), driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. - Sponsor executive relationships with key accounts, maintaining high-touch engagement and resolving complex challenges. - Collaborate with product to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights. - Recruit, onboard, and develop team members aligned with rapid company growth. **Required Skills:** - SaaS customer success, team leadership, strategic planning, product roadmap alignment, data analytics, stakeholder management. - Proven ability to scale processes for large customer bases, with emphasis on health tracking and issue resolution. - Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. - Certifications in SaaS customer success, project management (e.g., PMP), or strategic consulting advantageous.
