**Job title** Account Manager – Belgian Market **Role Summary** Drive growth and retention for enterprise clients in Belgium by managing a portfolio of key accounts for a CPaaS platform. Build long‑term relationships, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations and demos to C‑level stakeholders. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets. - Maintain high client satisfaction and secure contract renewals. - Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing service excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, engaging C‑level Technology, Security, and Marketing decision‑makers. - Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within the Connect, Engage, Pay, and Live product suites. - Develop and implement strategic prospecting plans to acquire new clients in targeted industries. - Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to demonstrate value and ROI. - Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring win‑win outcomes. - Represent the company at industry events, networking, and, when appropriate, deliver keynotes. - Collaborate with the national sales team and internal stakeholders to share insights and best practices. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in B2B account management or enterprise sales (3+ years). - Strong understanding of SaaS/CPaaS solutions and complex sales cycles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑starter with a collaborative team mindset. - Proficient in Dutch; fluency in French and English required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. ---
