**Job Title**: Industrial Systems IT Engineer and Project Manager **Role Summary**: Lead technical and project management tasks for industrial IT systems in a nuclear reactor design and energy sector environment. Focus on infrastructure optimization, compliance, and cross-team collaboration. **Expectations**: Oversee IT infrastructure lifecycle, from evolution requests to incident resolution, ensuring alignment with strategic IT frameworks. Drive project delivery, technical innovation, and operational standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage industrial IT infrastructure evolution requests while enforcing IT standards. - Plan and execute system infrastructure projects based on validated strategic plans. - Provide expert technical support, conduct diagnostics, and implement solutions for critical incidents. - Document technical updates with architecture and detailed specifications. - Propose and implement improvements to infrastructure and industrial applications. - Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, cybersecurity protocols, and operational security. - Train teams on new systems and technologies. - Monitor adherence to technical and operational standards. **Required Skills**: - Expertise in Linux/Redhat, VMware/ESX, and Windows administration. - Proficiency in industrial programming languages and complex computational resource management. - ITIL methodology and cybersecurity knowledge. - Strong analytical problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills. - Proven project leadership in collaborative, cross-functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (5 years post-Bachelor’s education). - Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial IT roles. - Government clearance and applicable technical certifications (preferred: VMware/Redhat).
