Job Description: Job Title: Data Scientist Role Summary: Data scientist with 6+ years of experience in fintech or high‑growth startup environments, using statistical inference, causal analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling to optimize LTV/CAC, drive product and marketing decisions, and inform executive strategy. Expectations: - Deliver actionable data insights and evidence‑based recommendations. - Own end‑to‑end analytical projects across cross‑functional teams. - Champion rigorous A/B testing and scalable experimentation frameworks. - Effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests; build and maintain scalable testing infrastructure. - Develop segmentation frameworks and predictive models for targeting and personalization. - Apply statistical inference and causal analysis to improve product and marketing metrics. - Translate data into clear narratives that influence product decisions, campaigns, and strategic direction. - Support automation initiatives such as anomaly detection, partner reporting, and self‑serve dashboards. Required Skills: - 6+ years in data science, analytics, or related field. - Expertise in statistical inference, causal analysis, and experiment design. - Experience with marketing/product analytics, user segmentation, and campaign attribution. - Strong SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, etc.) with proficiency in data transformation and ETL. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and collaborate across functions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
