Job Description: Job Title: International Management Trainee Role Summary: Structured rotational program providing exposure to key business functions within a global e-commerce platform, including business development, store operations, performance marketing, client success, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in Creator & Influencer Business Development initiatives and build partner relationships. • Support Store Operations & Growth activities, optimizing processes and driving performance. • Contribute to Advertising & Performance Marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics and recommending improvements. • Manage Client Success & Relationship Management tasks, ensuring high‑quality service and retention. • Perform Business & Data Analysis, gathering insights to inform strategy and decision‑making. • Rotate through the above functions, completing assigned projects and reporting outcomes.
