Job Description
**Job title** Personnel Security Manager **Role Summary** Leads the design, implementation, and management of personnel security programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards. Coordinates background investigations, clearance processes, training, and incident response, while collaborating with HR, security teams, and external partners. **Expectations** - Deliver a robust personnel security posture that satisfies all regulatory and contractual obligations. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date security clearance records and ensure timely renewals. - Provide expert guidance on handling sensitive security information and responding to incidents. - Foster a culture of security awareness through briefings and training initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop, update, and enforce personnel security policies, procedures, and programs. 2. Manage security clearances, background investigations, and vetting of new and existing personnel. 3. Coordinate with HR, management, and security teams to address personnel security needs. 4. Conduct and deliver security briefings and training sessions on personnel security practices. 5.
