Job Description
**Job Title:** Continuous Improvement Specialist **Role Summary:** Drive operational excellence by enhancing process maturity across functional groups, implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, and supporting IT system integrations and project management to align business needs with technology solutions. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management experience. - Proven ability to assess, model, and improve process maturity (CMMI, BPMM). - Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to influence change in a hybrid or matrixed organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Process Maturity Development:** - Assess current process maturity, identify gaps, and prioritize improvement opportunities. - Facilitate workshops and training on Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. - Design, implement, and track process improvement plans with measurable metrics. - Standardize workflows, documentation, and KPI monitoring. - **IT Enhancement & Integration Support:** - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system enhancement requirements. - Plan, test, and validate integrations or upgrades; support UAT. - Document test cases, results, and feedback; act as liaison between technical teams and business users. - **Project Management:** - Lead or support improvement initiatives using structured PM tools. - Track progress, risks, and deliverables; report outcomes to leadership. **Required Skills:** - Process optimization, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, maturity model expertise. - Data‑driven decision making, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement mindset. - IT systems knowledge, ERP platforms, and integration experience. - Proficiency with Visio, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau; IBM Blueworks Live a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black), PMP, Agile (Scrum Master) preferred.
