**Job Title:** Senior Backend Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high‑performance backend services for the Inflight Logistics Solution (ILS). Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and QA engineers in a cross‑functional, multicultural team. Influence architecture, conduct code reviews, and continuously improve development standards, deployment pipelines, and monitoring.
**Expectations:**
- 8+ years of backend development experience in agile, product‑oriented environments.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
- Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
- Commitment to unit testing and test automation.
- Fluent English (spoken/written); French or Arabic (Darija) a strong plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services for logistics platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on scalability.
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness, including complex data‑sync logic.
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams, product owners, and QA to ensure seamless integration.
- Enhance development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring processes.
