Job Description
Job title: Administrative Assistant Role Summary: Provide comprehensive, proactive support to senior executives and high‑level teams, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and day‑to‑day office operations with discretion and attention to detail. Expactations: • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times • Anticipate executive needs and address administrative gaps proactively • Collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior staff • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and dining • Prepare, proofread, format correspondence, presentations, and other documents • Handle errands and ad hoc administrative tasks supporting executives and office operations • Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendors, and support general office logistics • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders Required Skills: • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related productivity tools • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Discretion and handling of confidential information Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • No specific certifications required.
