Job title: Systematisation Engineer (18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract) Role Summary Lead the global roll‑out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE & FO) for the engineering division, ensuring seamless data migration, process alignment, and adoption. Drive change management, data analysis, and solution design to support engineering teams worldwide. Expectations * Deliver a high‑quality, data‑ready migration of engineering processes within tight project timelines. * Actively influence technical teams and senior stakeholders to secure successful adoption. * Demonstrate disciplined, methodical troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities * Analyse engineering data, clean and transform for D365 import. * Guide creation of product configurator data, selectors, and import files. * Collaborate with Teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and implement change‑management workflows. * Build analysis & reporting dashboards to monitor performance and quality. * Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify bugs, and support UAT/Go‑Live. * Provide training, documentation and embed new processes across global engineering units. * Liaise with project managers to align schedules and resource plans. * Assess change impact and communicate progress to stakeholders. Required Skills * Engineering or complex product manufacturing experience. * Strong analytical skills; proficiency with SQL and data manipulation. * Programming knowledge (XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks). * Proven ability to manage large datasets, identify trends, and maintain accuracy. * Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating technical details for non‑technical audiences. * Team‑oriented, proactive, self‑directed; comfortable with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. * Solid understanding of information‑processing fundamentals and best practices. * IT literate and quick to adopt new technologies.
