Job Title: AI Consultant / Data Scientist
Role Summary:
Senior consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI and data science solutions for an industrial client. Focuses on Azure AI services to drive digital transformation, with emphasis on strategic guidance, solution architecture, deployment, and internal capability building.
Expectations:
- 4+ years of AI/Data Science consulting experience, preferably with industrial clients.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI projects on Azure.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable AI use‑cases and technical roadmaps.
- Strong mentorship skills to elevate client teams’ AI proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define AI strategy, identify high‑impact business use‑cases, and prioritize projects.
2. Advise on Azure AI, ML, Data Factory, Synapse, and related service architecture and best practices.
3. Design, build, and roll‑out concrete AI solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, automation workflows, machine learning models).
4. Develop data pipelines, data models, and model deployment workflows on Azure.
5. Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams in AI technologies and methodologies.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical leads to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
7. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for adopted AI initiatives.
Required Skills:
- AI/ML consulting experience with industrial/enterprise context.
- Deep expertise in Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and related tools.
- Hands‑on experience developing AI assistants, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentorship abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance on Azure.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate preferred.
- Additional AI/ML certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) are a plus.
