**Job Title:** Project Manager - MOA & Finance Processes **Role Summary** Lead strategic finance transformation initiatives and operational process improvements. Coordinate cross-functional projects between France and corporate entities, ensuring alignment with financial operations and IT systems. **Expectations** Proven 5+ years in senior project or program management roles. Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, business operations, or related fields. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate and execute strategic financial projects, including titration initiatives between France and the parent organization. - Oversee operational cycles and financial process performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. - Manage IT and business projects impacting finance domains, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones and KPIs. - Act as the primary MOA (Project Owner) to define project scope, track deliverables, and maintain stakeholder alignment. **Required Skills** - Project/program management (strategic and operational levels). - Financial process optimization and stakeholder coordination. - IT system implementation and finance domain expertise. - Performance metrics analysis and reporting. - Cross-functional team leadership in corporate and international environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in advanced project or operational management roles. - Proven track record in finance process management or strategic project delivery.
