Job Description

Product Logistics Specialist **Role Summary**: Manage product lifecycle and logistics operations for a high-volume sportswear environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, distribution, and compliance with security protocols. **Expectations**: 3+ years in shipping/receiving, retail, or stockroom operations. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Airtable/Tableau/SAP/WMS preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs. On-site work Monday-Friday required. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee product lifecycle: receive, stage, unbox, and distribute inventory. - Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and process inbound/outbound shipments. - Coordinate product returns, liquidations, and packing list execution. - Support internal teams with time-sensitive material needs and document procedural improvements. - Maintain organized storage for samples, props, and product archives. - Ensure adherence to security and access protocols for inventory. **Required Skills**: Detail-oriented organization, problem-solving under pressure, inventory management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-service excellence. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s degree preferred; no specific certifications required.
