Job Description

**Job Title:** Campaign Insights & Data Analyst **Role Summary** Support sales and marketing teams by leveraging CRM data strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive sales through data-driven insights. Focus on configuring campaigns, improving data quality, and developing analytics to enhance targeting and real-time decision-making. **Expectations** Proven experience in data campaign or CRM management roles within sales-focused environments. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Power BI. Ability to analyze data patterns, optimize cross-functional workflows, and communicate technical insights into actionable business recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and manage end-to-end campaigns in Salesforce and dialler systems. - Design segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. - Optimize CRM data quality (e.g., eliminating duplicates, refining lead scoring). - Develop real-time dashboards and performance reports for sales and marketing stakeholders. - Analyze campaign trends and performance metrics to recommend operational improvements. - Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance audience targeting and conversion strategies. - Build SQL-based reports and CRM tools to expand campaign and analytics capabilities. **Required Skills** - Salesforce CRM administration and configuration. - Advanced SQL (querying and report generation). - Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization. - Dialler system optimization and telephony campaign management. - Analytical problem-solving with data pattern recognition and root-cause analysis. - Cross-departmental communication to translate insights into strategic outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, or related field preferred. Sales-force.com (SFDC) certifications or Power BI certifications advantageous.
