Job Description
**Job title:** IT Service Desk Analyst **Role Summary:** Deliver first‑line IT support by handling customer calls, managing tickets, and resolving incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices. Maintain service quality through timely updates, accurate logging, and adherence to KPI targets. **Expectations:** - Handle approximately 20 calls per day, resolving a minimum of 16. - Log detailed incident information, including troubleshooting steps, before escalation. - Provide call resolution within agreed times, confirming client agreement. - Maintain regular ticket updates to manage expectations. - Cover early and late shifts on a rotational basis; occasional full‑week office presence per business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to incoming calls and tickets from end users. - Troubleshoot issues using knowledge base, documentation, and support systems. - Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams while keeping stakeholders informed. - Update incident records with accurate status and resolution notes. - Participate in workflow coordination and triage to meet KPI metrics. - Report team performance to Service Desk Management. - Serve as first point of contact for internal queries from junior Service Desk staff. **Required Skills:** - Experience with Tier 1 Microsoft applications (Office 365 suite). - Proficiency in incident management using ServiceNow. - Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast, cloud platforms, and security solutions (Sophos). - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities. - Familiarity with ITIL principles and KPI‑driven service delivery. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900) or Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Fundamentals (MCA‑100) (desirable).

Job Description
**Job title**: Proposal Manager **Role Summary**: Lead end‑to‑end proposal development for defence, cyber, ISR, communications, radar, and Command & Control programmes, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and strategically positioned submissions that drive multi‑million‑pound, multi‑year contracts. **Expectations**: - Deliver innovative and competitive proposals that meet UK government RFP requirements. - Manage cross‑disciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships to achieve winning bids. - Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own the proposal lifecycle from pre‑proposal planning, through drafting, to post‑submission review. - Define proposal structure, timelines, and SME contributions in alignment with RFP briefings. - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary proposal teams (up to 20 members) to produce coherent, compliant, and persuasive submissions. - Monitor content quality, ensuring all responses are accurate, strategic, and aligned with customer priorities. - Retrieve and validate cost, schedule, and performance data from functional departments. - Engage stakeholders throughout the submission lifecycle, providing status reporting to leadership. - Conduct lessons‑learned and historical data analysis to enhance future bids. - Enforce internal governance, acquisition frameworks, and procurement portal compliance. - Implement best‑practice tools, methodologies, and quality assurance reviews. - Build and maintain collaboration with industrial partners, integrating their contributions. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency with procurement portals (e.g., Award, Bravo, Jaggaer, or similar). - Ability to produce complex product/service proposal documents. - Strong reporting, communication, and senior‑level progress‑update skills. - People‑management or team‑leadership experience. - Knowledge of government or commercial tender processes (desired). - Familiarity with online tender submission tools (desired). - Line‑management experience with coaching of high‑performing teams (desired). - Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with flexibility for overtime or weekend work during peak periods. **Required Education & Certifications**: - UK citizenship and eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance. - Valid UK driving licence and passport. - Tertiary education (degree) or relevant professional experience in proposal management, procurement, or related field is preferred.
