**Job Title** Product Builder Internship / Product Manager Intern **Role Summary** Fast‑paced product internship focused on end‑to‑end product development—from discovery and prototyping to delivery and impact measurement. Works closely with the Head of Product & Technology to own features, build low‑code/AI solutions, create dashboards, and iterate based on data insights. **Expectations** - Deliver tangible product outcomes within a 6‑month internship period. - Transition prototypes from proof‑of‑concept to production when validated. - Own feature lifecycle, including documentation, demos, and stakeholder communication. - Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and clear communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct discovery, gather user needs, and prototype features using low‑code tools (e.g., N8N) and AI agents. - Implement prototypes in internal applications/processes and manage production roll‑outs. - Define KPIs, monitor impact, and recommend data‑driven improvements. - Build and maintain BI dashboards (PostHog, Metabase) to analyze customer, usage, claim, and partner data. - Identify trends, generate insights, and accelerate decision‑making. - Explore and evaluate emerging data, AI, and web tools; propose quick‑testing concepts for stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and documentation. **Required Skills** - Technical curiosity with problem‑solving mindset. - Proficiency in SQL (queries, schema reading). - Understanding of web technologies (React/TypeScript is a plus). - Interest in large language models (LLM) and practical applications. - Strong written and oral communication. - Self‑direction, rigor, pro‑activeness, and teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current master’s student (M2) in engineering, computer science, data science, or product management. - No specific certification required; coursework in data analysis, product development, or software engineering is preferred.
