Job Description
**Job Title:** Midweight 2D Designer **Role Summary:** Create and deliver high‑quality 2D design across digital, print and live environments for experiential campaigns, brand activations, and internal communications. Collaborate with senior creatives and production teams to translate briefs into polished visual assets, supporting brand experiences from concept to final delivery. **Expectations:** - Produce design solutions that align with strategic objectives and brand standards. - Manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced studio environment. - Present design rationale effectively to internal stakeholders and, on occasion, to clients. - Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance creative output. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop visual concepts for digital, print and live brand experiences. - Translate creative briefs into elegant design solutions, from concept to final artwork. - Research design trends, user behaviour and innovation to inform fresh ideas. - Collaborate with creative and production teams to create templates, brand assets and wayfinding materials. - Support branding tasks for live activations and produce artwork that meets project specifications. - Take ownership of smaller design tasks within larger projects, delivering high‑quality work on time. - Engage positively with the creative culture, upholding studio values. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Strong visual communication skills with an eye for layout, typography and composition. - Ability to work across digital, print, screen and physical spaces. - Excellent time‑management, multitasking and deadline‑management. - Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present design concepts. - Familiarity with design research and trend analysis. - (Optional) Experience with Figma, 3D, motion or artworking tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (preferred but not essential). ---
