**Job Title**
IT Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee all IT operations at a large manufacturing site, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant systems across IT, industrial control, and production environments. Drive local execution of global digital initiatives, support production platforms (ERP, MES, WMS, SCADA), and partner with cross‑functional teams to enable operational excellence and continuous improvement.
**Expectations**
- Deliver day‑to‑day IT service excellence and system availability.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with cybersecurity, data protection (GDPR), and industry standards.
- Implement and manage IT projects aligned with group transformation plans.
- Facilitate change management, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic input on technology roadmaps and operational efficiencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **IT Operations Management**
- Supervise local infrastructure: networks, servers, workstations, OT equipment.
- Ensure system availability, performance, updates, and monitoring.
- Provide level‑2/3 support; coordinate escalations to central teams.
- Manage external IT service vendors and drive service‑level compliance.
- Oversee asset lifecycle and inventory accuracy.
2. **Production Systems Support**
- Maintain industrial control systems (SCADA, FT View, PLC interfaces).
- Ensure continuity of ERP, WMS, MES and connectivity with factory equipment.
- Guarantee data traceability and integrity across production processes.
3. **Security & Compliance**
- Enforce cybersecurity policies, risk management, and GDPR adherence.
- Maintain SOPs, validations, and access controls for audit readiness.
- Participate in regulatory audits and cybersecurity assessments.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, change, and release management.
4. **Digital Transformation & Projects**
- Lead local implementation of global initiatives (ERP, LIMS, QMS, Kinaxis, DataHub, EDI).
- Contribute to automation and digitization of manufacturing workshops.
- Support change management, end‑user training, and adoption of new tools.
5. **Business Partnership**
- Act as IT liaison for Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.
- Identify improvement opportunities, risk mitigation, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
6. **Group Transformation Contribution**
- Collaborate on LIMS validation, equipment integration, and data migration.
- Support QMS workflow design, testing, and regulatory compliance.
- Align ERP/MES core model implementation and ensure operational continuity.
**Required Skills**
- IT infrastructure management (networks, servers, workstations).
- Operational technology (SCADA, PLC, OT security).
- ERP/WMS/MES support and configuration.
- ITIL processes: incident, change, release management.
- Cybersecurity awareness, GDPR knowledge, regulatory compliance.
- Vendor and external service management.
- Project management and change management.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical problem‑solving and proactive risk identification.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac) +5 years in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional certifications preferred: ITIL Foundation, PMP, or equivalent (e.g., CISSP, CEH).
