Job Description
**Job title** Pre‑Sales Digital Solutions Consultant **Role Summary** Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team for the company’s digital solutions portfolio (business analysis dashboards, e‑facing, e‑billing, and data visualization tools). Serve as the primary contact from lead generation through contract closure, delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFI/RFPs, and interpreting CRM data to refine sales strategy. **Expactations** - Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, comprehending and forecasting their needs. - Drive the pre‑contract testing phase and close activities. - Deliver persuasive presentations, including webinars and trade show demos. - Continuously analyze usage data to enhance commercial performance and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Support the sales force from lead identification to closing. 2. Listen, understand, anticipate, and analyze prospect/client needs. 3. Prepare and respond to technical Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP). 4. Assist prospects during pre‑contract testing phases. 5. Conduct in‑depth demos via video, in‑person, and at professional trade fairs. 6. Create and host webinars. 7. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. 8. Collect Voice‑of‑Customer (VOC) feedback. 9. Maintain and improve operational reporting. 10. Analyze consumption data to optimize sales approaches. 11. Undertake occasional travel. **Required Skills** - Bachelor + 5 (Master 2 or equivalent business school graduate). - Minimum 5 years pre‑sales experience in B2B software environments. - Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. - Deep knowledge of accounting professionals and financial advisory landscape. - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. - Proactive, analytical mindset with leadership and persuasive communication. - Ability to manage commercial performance KPIs. - Basic information security knowledge (password management, data confidentiality, ISO 27001/ISMS) and application of security procedures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, finance, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in pre‑sales, data analysis, or information security are an advantage.
