Job Description
**Job title:** Field Account Manager Strategic Account (F/M) **Role Summary:** Spearhead sales and account management for designated strategic customers in Flanders and across Europe. Drive revenue growth, launch innovative products, and nurture long‑term client relationships while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Fluid Management Technologies & Separation Technologies. - Develop and implement account plans that align with corporate objectives. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer data and insights in Salesforce. - Exhibit strong customer focus, proactive issue resolution, and consistent follow‑up. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and sell company portfolio to strategic accounts, ensuring revenue goals are met. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned customers. - Record and manage leads, opportunities, and interactions in Salesforce; analyze data for trend insights. - Launch new products and services, monitoring implementation and sales activity. - Conduct needs assessments, generate leads, and recommend suitable solutions. - Develop account plans, coordinate internal resources, and align with overall strategy. - Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams on territory initiatives. - Build and sustain long‑term client relationships; onboard and manage additional sites in Europe over time. **Required Skills:** - Proven field sales experience in life sciences or related industry. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Flemish is an advantage. - Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM usage; experience with data analysis. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently. - Team player with cross‑functional collaboration ability. - Willingness and capability to travel frequently across Europe. - Microsoft Office proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (higher education preferred). - Relevant certifications in sales or account management are a plus.
