**Job Title:** Client Proposals Specialist **Role Summary:** Develop, coordinate, and deliver persuasive client proposals and RFP responses for UK and EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, pricing and legal standards. Act as a strategic partner to Business Development, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams, managing timelines and resources to secure large opportunities. **Expectations:** - 6+ years of proposal development experience, preferably in professional services. - Deliver high‑quality, client‑focused proposals that support sales win rates. - Manage multiple projects in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. - Adapt schedules for high‑priority deadlines, including outside standard UK hours. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Business Development to craft compelling proposals. - Lead RFP responses: manage timelines, contributors, and final submissions. - Ensure proposals meet legal, pricing, and compliance standards. - Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, and other departments for non‑standard terms. - Improve proposal processes, templates, and resource libraries. - Maintain and update CRM records and proposal documentation. **Required Skills:** - Advanced writing and editing (grammar, layout, presentation). - Strategic thinking, communication, and problem‑solving. - Project management across cross‑functional teams. - High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM (Salesforce or SAP) is advantageous. - Collaborative mindset with cultural sensitivity and client‑service orientation. - Continuous learning and innovation focus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). ---
